Current Projects

Hudson Ranch Geothermal

The Hudson Ranch I project is a 49.9 MW, $300+ million geothermal power generating facility in the pre-construction stage of development in the Salton Sea geothermal resource of Imperial County, California. The project company has the required permits and its geothermal resource has been proven through an extensive drilling and testing program. Construction will commence on Hudson Ranch I in late 2009. Once the project becomes operational in 2011, all of its energy and capacity will be sold to a major southwestern utility.
